If a lost or damaged claim is made at the Cargo Port for an item identified as such by SkyShore Shipping, customers are required to await reimbursement from that agency before reimbursement will be made to customer *

If an item is lost or damaged and not identified as such at Cargo Port, SkyShore Shipping will be liable only to the extent of the invoice presented, prior to clearance of the goods representing the declared value of the goods *

If goods are damaged due to poor packaging by sellers/suppliers, customers are required to contact such suppliers for reimbursement for damages *

Your account will be automatically renewed each year unless you request cancellation *

SkyShore Shipping Services Limited reserves the right to close this account for any reason it deems fit. *
